Canadiens Announce New Head Coach
It is with immense excitement that the St.Paul Jr.Canadiens would like to welcome our new head coach for the 2025/2026 NEAJBHL season, Harvey Smyl!
Harvey joins the Canadiens family with an impressive resume that includes coaching over 1000 games and all time record holder in coaching wins in the BCHL. We are more than thrilled that he has chosen his hometown as his next coaching venture and can’t wait for the start of the season! But that’s not all!
Returning as GM of the Jr. Canadiens for the upcoming season is Dean Smyl! He has already dedicated countless hours of his time to the club, our players and families over the years with the and has built a brotherhood type culture on and off the ice.
This 1-2 punch brother combo will look to build a competitive and successful hockey team in the upcoming season.
